Monday - Drive
Tuesday - Foundation
A day to not be missed! On Tuesdays we focus on lower body strength, toning, and conditioning. Muscles in both legs and booty are incorporated into the workout: quadriceps, hamstrings, gastrocnemius, adductors, and the gluteus maximus and minimus. Our workouts not only keep you in great shape but also target fast twitch muscle fibers, which help with delivering power to quick bursts of movement. This day stands as one of our biggest calorie burners of the week!
Wednesday - Ignite
Thursday - Engage
Thursday is a day you do not want to miss. This session hits everything that matters for strength, posture, and performance – back, biceps, and your full posterior chain (glutes + hamstrings). It’s the perfect combo: an upper-body pull paired with a secondary lower-body day designed to build power, improve movement quality, and keep your body balanced
Friday - Lift
This is a fun total body workout including all muscle groups organized into segments of upper body and lower body. Strength based programing tops off and compliments the other workouts both completed during the week and expected heading into the weekend. On Fridays we focus on form, muscle density, and fat burning.
Saturday - Condition
Saturdays at MVMNT are a lively, healthy party where the workout is as intense as you want it to be, built as a total-body athletic conditioning session designed to bring out your inner athlete. Expect strength-focused movements, calorie-scorching and brain-balancing cardio, and a room full of people pushing, laughing, and leveling up together as you hit all major muscle groups. The vibe is high-energy, the community is unmatched, and you might even catch local vendors and small businesses promoting their products in our buzzing lobby. It’s a blast and the perfect way to kick off your weekend.
